All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Sweden on the same day if placed before 11 AM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped the next business day.

For example, if you place your order after 11 AM on a Friday, during a weekend, or on a public holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way. 📦

Delivery Times & Shipping Costs

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, and sales, as shipping companies may experience delays.

Satisfaction Guarantee — 30 days

We offer a simple 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You can return your product and get your money back — even if you have tested it — as long as the following conditions are met:

• The product was received a maximum of 30 days ago.
• All products included in the order are returned, regardless of whether they are used or unused.

Email us at hello@byliviah.com to initiate your return. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the package.

Right of Withdrawal — 30 days

In addition to the satisfaction guarantee, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order.

• The product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
• For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal ceases if the packaging's seal is broken.
